WILLIAM D. CROWE is a trial attorney and a partner at the Boston firm of Crowe & Dunn, where he concentrates his practice in the fields of general civil litigation, family law, probate litigation, and criminal defense. A graduate of the University of Connecticut (1975) and Suffolk University Law School (1978), he spent his first five years as a trial lawyer with the Massachusetts Defenders Committee, during which time he tried approximately fifty Superior Court jury trials throughout Massachusetts. Since then, he has been in private practice, where he has successfully resolved countless cases by trial or settlement. He has been a Clinical Trial Practice Instructor at Suffolk Law School and has served as the Chair of the Criminal Law Committee for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Attorney Crowe has served as a panelist and chair of various Continuing Legal Education programs involving topics in Criminal and Civil litigation practice, as well as Family and Probate litigation matters. LEO J. DUNN III is a trial attorney and partner at the Boston firm of Crowe & Dunn. Attorney Dunn graduated from Bowdoin College in 1975, and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978, where he was a member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. A civil litigation lawyer, Attorney Dunn concentrates his practice in representing individuals who have suffered serious or catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death. Attorney Dunn has achieved success with medical practice cases, including those involving obstetrical and birth related injuries, failure to render correct diagnoses, orthopedic and neurosurgical negligence, and surgical malpractice. He also focuses his practice on construction and work related accidents and injuries, general tort liability, motor vehicle accidents, and litigation involving defective products, such as defective household appliances, and industrial and commercial machinery that have resulted in serious bodily injury or wrongful death. He also represents children who are the victims of sexual abuse or who have suffered brain injuries.

ADAM A. ROWE is a trial attorney and a partner at the Boston firm of Crowe & Dunn, where he concentrates his practice in the fields of general civil litigation, medical and professional malpractice, family law, criminal defense, and complex corporate litigation. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Glasgow, Scotland (Master of Arts Honours Degree), and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (Magna Cum Laude) in 1996, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. While at Suffolk University Law School, he was recognized for his trial skills and presented with the Harold B. Goodwin, Jr. Best Trial Advocate Award. He is the author of "Drunk Driving and the Double Jeopardy Clause," Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
Attorney Rowe is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Maine, and Washington, D.C., as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts & Maine, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. His notable cases include Mason v. Coleman, where he was successful at both the trial court level and before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts in establishing a new removal standard in child custody cases.
