​One of the Firm’s earliest international engagements was successfully prosecuting a claim through the United Nations against Saddam Hussein for human rights violations and use of the claimant as a human shield prior to start of the first Gulf War.  Crowe & Dunn’s foreign clients range from investment firms embroiled in international banking disputes, other corporations who have faced litigation related to matters such as international shipping agreements and other claims of breach of contract, to foreign individuals seeking redress through the  court systems of the Unites States.
